4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We aim to deliver orders within 3-7 working days.
  • Delivery times may vary based on location, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Free delivery is available on orders over Rs. 2000.
  • Derawari is not liable for any delays caused by courier services or external factors.

5. Return & Refund Policy

  • We offer returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery if:
    • You receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
    • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
