1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or expired product.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

2. Return Timeframe

  • You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • After 7 days, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling.
  • Perishable items such as seeds, herbs, or oils once opened.
  • Items bought on sale or promotion, unless they arrived damaged.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number, details of the issue, and clear pictures if the product is damaged or incorrect.
  3. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
  4. Pack the product securely and send it to the address provided by our support team.

5. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days via your original payment method or as per your preference.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong product).

6. Exchange Policy

We also offer exchanges for eligible items. If you'd prefer to exchange your product rather than request a refund, please mention this when contacting us.
